The Board of Commissioners of the town of Princeville, North Carolina (hereinafter called the '"Town") invites qualified independent auditors (hereinafter called "auditor") having sufficient governmental accounting and auditing experience in performing financial audits to submit proposals in accordance with the specifications outlined within this Request for Proposals (RFP).

This RFP has no expressed or implied obligation for the Town of Princeville to reimburse firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request.

The specific details shown herein shall be considered minimum unless otherwise outlined The specifications, terms, and conditions included with this RFP shall govern in any resulting contract(s) unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in writing by the Town of Princeville. The bidder consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in a State court of competent jurisdiction in Edgecombe County, North Carolina.

The Town of Princeville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from NC licensed and well-qualified engineering firms for engineering and design, creating contract (PS&E) documents, permitting, assisting with contractor procurement, providing construction observation and administration, and CDBG grant administration support for the construction of infrastructure at the 53-acre green field site. The Town of Princeville has previously engaged engineering firms to conduct preliminary investigations at the 53 acre site (35.869413o N, 77.507452o W).

The Town of Princeville is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from NC licensed and well-qualified engineering firms interested in providing professional engineering design, PS&E, as well as construction observation and administration services for Paving Phase Three project. Improvements include reclamation and paving of approximately ~1.5-2 travel miles of asphalt roadway on Strickland St., Third St., as well as reclamation, paving, and stormwater improvements to Beasley St. (at Church) and Dancy St. (at Prince Court). These improvements are intended to be designed and constructed in 2021.
