The Town of Princeville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from NC licensed and well-qualified engineering firms for engineering and design, creating contract (PS&E) documents, permitting, assisting with contractor procurement, providing construction observation and administration, and CDBG grant administration support for the construction of infrastructure at the 53-acre green field site.
